Next Level (7-12yrs old): Geared towards our Elementary & Middle School aged athletes, critical for building the technical and tactical foundation for future sports performance. We will focus on broad skill development and building a strong athletic foundation to support long-term development. This stage is about laying the groundwork—building adaptable, confident athletes with a wide skill base who are ready for more intense training and competition later.
Build The Engine (12-16yrs old): For our late middle school, early high school aged athletes. The Train to Train stage—a critical phase where the athlete’s aerobic capacity, strength, speed, and movement efficiency are systematically developed. This stage is where you “build the engine” that will power high-performance later.
High Performance (15-18+): Best suited for serious High School and College aged athletes (15-18+). Our athletes in this group will all have a high training age, with a competent background in strength and speed development.
Performance Camp (18+): Small group sessions geared towards the active adult or adult looking to get active. These small group training sessions consist of a progressive program to help you build muscle, gain strength and improve your overall cardio!
**On the schedule you may see “HP / BTE” this is a combo group. Meaning either our High Performance and/or Build The Engine can participate
