How long are sessions?
Sessions are approximately 75 min BUT could vary from 45 min to 90 min depending on the day, program, athlete, etc. We recommend showing up ~10 min early to complete your prep work for the daily session, and should plan on staying ~10 min after for post mobility / stretch.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer 20% off for any Military, First Responder, Teacher, or Saddlebrook Member. We also offer 20% off for multi-athlete families.
Can I combine In-Person Training with Remote Training?
Yes. For example, we could have you on a 3 day / wk training program. You could do 1 session in person and the other 2 sessions could be programmed for you to do on your own.
How do I know which group to sign up for?
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Are we allowed to use some of the other amenities (ex: Turf field, Batting cage, Sand pit, etc)?
Yes! Feel free to use our skill development areas before, after, or on other days.
How do I sign up for 1on1 / Semi-Private training?
